The staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the mall and restaurants. The hotel restaurant's breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. The two ladies working in the dining room were the best.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, we would warmly recommend the hotel to anyone not too fussy, and we're sure that were a few Dollars invested in refurbishing, it would be as outstanding as its staff.

Great location a short walk away from Silver Spring Metro Station (Red Line). Many restaurants/shops located all around the hotel within walking distance. Ate dinner & breakfast at hotel, food was tasty. Hotel provides 24 convince store in lobby for late night snacks. Room was very spacious. Bed was huge and super comfy. Staff were lovely & super helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Before I checked in I was allowed to store my luggage while attending an event. I was even offered a room to freshen up in. Later that night I discovered that the mattress in my room was horribly sunken and Amadau was accommodating and immediately found me a room on the same floor. The bed was MUCH better. Blanca, at the bar, was really nice as well. Great staff overall!

The staff was most accommodating and Ethiopia was the Cherry on top. She is very engaging and welcoming.
