Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is centrally located (great option if you're going to a show at The Fillmore and need to stay overnight) with plenty of places to eat nearby. We had maybe 1/4 roll of toilet paper so we called the front desk pretty late (around midnight) and they sent someone up to bring more, which was nice.

The staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the mall and restaurants. The hotel restaurant's breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. The two ladies working in the dining room were the best.

I loved the comfortable bed. The most comfortable pillows, LOVED the pillows! The shower was great! Clean and strong pressure.Loved the quality of the water, made my hair very silky after I washed it. Good water and hair products.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, we would warmly recommend the hotel to anyone not too fussy, and we're sure that were a few Dollars invested in refurbishing, it would be as outstanding as its staff.

The location was perfect. Close to DC with good amenities and reasonable prices. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location a short walk away from Silver Spring Metro Station (Red Line). Many restaurants/shops located all around the hotel within walking distance. Ate dinner & breakfast at hotel, food was tasty. Hotel provides 24 convince store in lobby for late night snacks. Room was very spacious. Bed was huge and super comfy. Staff were lovely & super helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Before I checked in I was allowed to store my luggage while attending an event. I was even offered a room to freshen up in. Later that night I discovered that the mattress in my room was horribly sunken and Amadau was accommodating and immediately found me a room on the same floor. The bed was MUCH better. Blanca, at the bar, was really nice as well. Great staff overall!

Room was reasonably comfortable and generally quiet with good connections for USB and electrical devices. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom plumbing was ok. Desk Staff was very nice, as were the restaurant staff

The staff was most accommodating and Ethiopia was the Cherry on top. She is very engaging and welcoming.
